Vicki Younger

Vicki Newsome Younger, 68, of Kingfisher, departed this life on Dec. 4, 2023, at her home.

Vicki was born July 14, 1955, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Enid to Booker T. Newsome and Corine Newsome White of Kingfisher.

She attended Kingfisher High School and graduated in 1974.

She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Kingfisher.

Vicki was employed as a medication aide and nurse’s aide for over 33 years.

She married the love of her life, Donald L. Younger, on April 18, 1987. He passed on June 11, 2015.

She leaves to mourn her son, Ricky Newsome, of the home; two stepchildren, Evyonne Davis and Donnie Younger Jr., and four grandchildren.
