What are the weaknesses of our community? Click to see results.

Summary: The top five weaknesses of the Kingfisher community have been identified as: Business, Social Problems and Attitudes, Quality of Life, City Leadership, and Jobs. Weakness in the area of business was identified by a lack of variety of restaurants and stores and a lack of recruitment of more businesses. The top social problem identified was "cliquishness"; along with this goes preferential behavior. A resistance to change and anti-growth mentality are also described as weaknesses. Quality of life was deemed a weakness due to a need for more entertainment, parks, beautification, arts, and culture. People who took the survey made significant comments about their lack of confidence in the City leadership, a lack of clear vision, and disharmony in City departments. Survey participants also pointed out a lack of jobs as a Kingfisher weakness.
