Pictured with Kingfisher County Associate District Judge Lance Schneiter, Banther narrated a PowerPoint presentation showcasing the new and improved features of the new Kingfisher County Justice Center and also compared the facilities to those recently vacated. “No kidding, I had a bucket in my office permanently in place to collect the constant sewer drip from the floor above,” he commented. Banther said the new facilities are now fully operational and all is running very smoothly. He said the new facilities, located just northwest of the Kingfisher hospital south of town, were built to accommodate future growth. While answering questions, he said he believed the old Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Office building and county jail would be leveled at some point to make way for more parking at the court house.
