Kingfisher PD report

The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following report: November 15 - Operate vehicle while suspended, denied, revoked, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of paraphernalia.

Officer Steven Renbarger said in his report that he initiated a traffic stop of a southbound vehicle on U.S. 81 which was driven by a 26-yearold male known to have a suspended license.

According to the report, a syringe containing 16 ml of clear liquid was thrown from the passenger window as the vehicle complied with the traffic stop.

Renbarger made contact with the driver and a 45-year-old female passenger and both denied the syringe belonged to them, the report said.

The liquid in the syringe field tested positive for methamphetamine and one other syringe and several unused syringes were located in the vehicle, according to the report.

The male suspect was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while suspended, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.

The female suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Both suspects were transported to the Kingfisher County Criminal Justice Center.
