Calling all cowboys and cowgirls.

It’s time to get your entries in for the 68th annual Kingfisher Rodeo.

The rodeo is set for Friday and Saturday, Aug. 15-16, at Kingfisher Roundup Club Arena.

Entries can be completed online through the NEXTGEN rodeo app and are due by 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10.

Organizers are seeking entries for all events:

• Saddle bronc riding

• Bareback riding

• Bull riding

• Tie-down roping

• Breakaway roping

• Steer wrestling

• Ladies barrel racing

• Team roping

• Junior barrels

• Mutton busting (6 & under) Those wanting to participate in junior barrel racing can enter each night prior to the rodeo and local entries are welcome and encouraged.

The rodeo is sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA) and the Kansas Professional Rodeo Association (KPRA).

Rockin R Pro Rodeo Co. is the stock contractor for the weekend’s event.

Events begin at 8 p.m. each night, with a pre-show at 7:45 p.m. Advance gate tickets include one raffle entry and can be purchased from any queen or princess contestant. Rodeo tickets (8 and under are free) and raffle entries can also be purchased at the gate.

A raffle prize for pellet grills will be selected each night and you need not be present to win.
