As of press time, no school board races had developed in any local district.

School board filing began Monday and ran through

5 p.m. Wednesday (after press time of this edition).

As of early Tuesday afternoon, six people had filed for seats.

That included four incumbents: Jacob McKeever in Cashion, Robert Anderson in Okarche, Larry Harviston at Dover and Rondi Andrews at Chisholm Trail Technology Center.

Bill Reitz filed Tuesday for the open board seat in Kingfisher. Carly Franks, the incumbent, said she will not run again.

Patrick Griffin also stated he will not run for re-election on the Hennessey board. Lance Painter filed for that seat Tuesday morning.
