‘Festivals’ the topic of Extension lesson
Kingfisher County Extension will present a lesson on the topic of “Festivals in Oklahoma” later this month.
The lesson is set for Wednesday, Jan. 24, and will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. and will be held at the Kingfisher County Fairgrounds in the office trailer next to the annex building.
The lesson will focus on where the festivals are held, when they are held and why they have become a festival.
Lindy Peterman, Kingfisher County FCS Extension educator, will be the instructor of the class.
This class is free to the public to attend.
