The teenager was driving a 2019 Polaris Sportsman on E 800 Road northwest of Cashion when the ATV left the roadway and struck a tree, according to an OHP report.

The driver and a passenger, Raul Diaz-Martinez, 39, of Warr Acres, were both transported by Kingfisher EMS to the local hospital.

Diaz-Martinez was treated and released, according to the report.

Maloy was driving a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica which collided with a 2017 Cadillac XT5, driven by Tyler Lyn Haley, 58, of Oklahoma City.
