A crash early Thursday morning resulted in the death of two area residents.
David Wesley Rout, 82, of Crescent, and McKenzie Hunter Moore, 28, of Cashion, were both pronounced dead at the scene of the accident by Miller EMS employees.
The accident occurred about 8:25 a.m. at State Highway 74 and Cimarron Boulevard in Cimarron City in Logan County, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
That intersection is just north of the Cimarron River bridge on S.H. 74.
