Kingfisher 4-H Club took part in a barn quilt workshop Thursday, July 27.

Lindy Peterman, the Kingfisher County FCS Extension educator, spent the afternoon teaching and assisting each member in making their own special barn quilt.

“My favorite part was taping each section before painting,” 4-H member Grant Wilson said, The next 4-H Club meeting will be on Sunday, Aug. 13, from 3-5 p.m. in the Kingfisher County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building.

It’s going to be a “magical” time.
