Kingfisher County 4-H is asking for the county’s support of its programming and projects.

The group will be serving ribeye steak sandwiches again at this year’s Kingfisher County Fair.

The sandwiches will be served from 11 am. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 26, at the County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building.

“We’re doing this in hopes of creating additional support for our 4-H programs, as well as a new excitement at the county fair,” said Heather Jones Kingfisher County Extension educator in 4-H youth development.

The meal will include a freshly-cooked steak sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink for $10.

Pre-orders will also be taken this year.

The deadline for pre-orders are due to the OSU Extension Office by or before noon Monday, Aug. 16.
