The Kingfisher County Free Fair is fast approaching and planning is in full swing.

Booth space will be available inside the Exhibit Building during the fair and exhibits will be open to the public Aug. 24-26.

The exhibits will be open:

• Aug. 24: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Aug. 25: 9 a.m to 9 p.m.

• Aug. 26: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To reserve a booth, contact the Kingfisher County Extension office by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9.

Booths will be able to be set up from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, and must be completely set up by 10 a.m. on the opening day.

The booth space will be left in place until closing time on the final day of the fair.

Cost per booth space is $50.

There will be a curtain backdrop provided.

Booth renters will need to bring their own signs with clips or hooks.

Nothing can be pinned to the curtains as they are fire retardant.
