Chris Foster of Foster Company LLC, Okarche, attended the 2025 LANDU Education Bootcamp in Tulsa and successfully completed six qualifying education classes to include Land Investment Analysis, Fundamentals of Land Brokerage, Transitional Land Real Estate and Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges.

The nine-day educational event was hosted by the Realtors Land Institute from May 28-June 5.

Over 50 land professionals from 15 states attended to learn from expert instructors and network with industry peers.

“Bootcamp was a great opportunity to network with Land Professionals from across the United States.” Foster said.

The LANDU Education Bootcamp is held each summer, offering six education courses towards the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, the only land-specific designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors.

ALCs are among the most accomplished, experienced, educated and highest performing land professionals across the country.

Out of 1.5 million realtors, less than 800 hold the ALC designation.

Highest and best use, potential returns, risks and tax implications were a few of the subjects covered and how they impact the financial goals of the client.

This culmination of knowledge allows Foster Company to provide the best service to clients through a complete understanding of the land industry.
