Monday night’s monthly meeting of the Kingfisher City Commission was canceled when three commissioners were sidelined by illness, City Manager Dave Slezickey said.

At least three of the five members of the governing board must be present to constitute an official quorum.

Slezickey said Tuesday that a special meeting will be called for 5:30 p.m. Thursday with the same agenda.

At a minimum, the board must approve a resolution calling for the annual April election, but other items may be tabled, Slezickey said.
