Cookie sales lead to weekend of fun, giving for Troop 424

Kingfisher County Girl Scout Troop 424 spent a weekend last month in downtown Oklahoma City in celebration of a successful cookie season.

The girls attended Brickopolis, had a hotel swimming party and visited the Myriad Gardens.

They also toured Toby Keith’s OK Kids Korral and donated a variety of paper goods, cleaning supplies and other household items to the organization.

The cost of the trip, including the donated items, was paid for with profits from Girl Scout cookie sales.

Troop members that attended the trip were: Tommy Anderman, Kambrie Conover, Sara Farris, Katie Fisher, Kambri Ingram, Aubrey Johnson, Cassidy Johnson, Jillian Johnson, Paisley Johnson, Riley Johnson, Everleigh Koenke, Denova Larsen, Ember Larsen, Jessamine Larsen, Lilly Larsen and Skylee Larsen.

Also, Jayla Lawrence, Jayde Longacre, Ali Longacre, Addison O., Ryan O., Aliyah Sinclair, MaKenley Taylor, Peytn Thiessen with Troop Leaders: Amanda Farris, Robin Fisher, Samantha Ingram, Christine Larsen, Angela Longacre, Anne O., Kendra Taylor, Lindsey Thiessen and Brooke Williams.
