Darrell Daugherty
Wilson Funeral Home Is Thankful For...
Darrell moved to Kingfisher in 1960 and graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1964. He started his own business, Daugherty Wrecker Service and Service Station in 1969.
In 1973, Darrell and Debbie Jech were married. The couple will celebrate their 50th anniversary next year. Debbie is a retired registed nurse. They have two children, Derek and Devin.
Derek and his wife Micah reside in Kingfisher and have three children, Cole, Ian and Kadyn.
Devin and her husband Wes Provine make their home in Moore and have two sons, Sam and Luke.
As a member of First Baptist Church of Kingfisher, Darrell has long been very involved in service to others through his positions as deacon and head usher. Upon his retirement from his career in automotive sales, Darrell began working with Wilson Funeral Home. It’s been a perfect fit, allowing him to continue his dedication of service and ministering to the needs of the people of the Kingfisher area.
His position as ambassador has afforded Darrell the opportunity to interact with people, and anyone who knows Darrell also knows that he never met a stranger, and loves visiting, making new friends and bringing smiles to faces.
Wilson Funeral Home is thankful to have Darrell Daugherty as a member of our team, giving the people of this community and area a choice.
