Dover FFA judging teams excel at NOC event

Dover FFA chapter traveled to Tonkawa to compete in Northern Oklahoma College Interscholastics on Jan. 25.
Members competed in many different categories, including meat judging, horticulture and agronomy.
The meat team won first place with Evelyn Chavez being highest individual, Alec Schilde placing fourth,and Damion Turner placing fifth.
The agronomy team also excelled by winning first place as well.
Pedro Valles placed first overall, followed by Gabby Cervantes, second; Aliyah Bowers, fourth; and Fatima Aboite fifth.
