Administrator’s Report
Although Tillman was not at the meeting she did email a brief report to trustees.
Job openings: accounts payable clerk at Town Hall and a worker in the street department.
She has not received policies or rate structures for bulk sewer dumping from other cities or towns and OML also doesn’t have that info so she will check with Bryan Burch, sewer superintendent.
She doesn’t want Hennessey to be cheaper than others so they don’t all come to Hennessey to dump. She will have a recommendation in January.
A list of building permits was not included in her report.
At the meeting
In addition to all trustees, other elected officials at the meeting were Town Clerk/Minutes Clerk Kati Walters and Burch. Staff at the meeting were Pitts and firefighters Levi Copeland and Randy Bohnstedt.
Others in the audience were Lacey Copeland, Frank Patton, Ruiz and Pete Town.
