NATHAN GUINN is a 1989 Dover grad and holds an accounting degree from SWOSU. He works for Pioneer Telephone Cooperative as a wireless capacity analyst. He and his wife Stephanie have two children, Donnie and Erin. “I am running for school board to support both the students and faculty of Dover.”

SHEILA HOLMES is a graduate of Autry Technology Center’s surgical tech program and has studied public relations at Mid-America Christian University. She’s worked as a surgical tech and executive assistant at two companies and currently is a stay-at-home mom and the Dover vice mayor. “If elected, I plan to work toward ensuring every student is on a path to graduate and become active community members. I also believe teachers should have the necessary tools and training to educate our children and should be receiving competitive pay.”

JASON WITT is a 1991 Dover grad and attended OU, UCO and NWOSU. He’s worked for the U.S. Postal Service since 1998. He and Mary Milacek have two children, Jace Milacek, 6, and Josie Witt, 2. “With one and soon to be two children attending school in Dover, I want to be involved in their education as well as the other students in our fine school district.”
