Eggciting
How long does it take to make 4,000 eggs disappear? A lot less time than it does to stuff them and place them. That fact was proven yet again last Saturday at the Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce’s annual Easter Egg Hunt. This year’s event was held at the Kingfisher Public Schools’ football and soccer field. Each of the four age groups had 1,000 eggs to find and load into their baskets, including multiple prize eggs. Prizes were donated by local chamber merchants. Pictured above are children in the 8-10 year-old age group making a mad dash toward their eggs. On the bottom left is 2-year-old Carsen Eaton picking up an egg for his collection. On the bottom right is Willow Mosley, 6, finding a batch of eggs, including one of the prize eggs for her age group. After the hunt ended, children lined up to have their picture taken with the Easter bunny. [KT&FP Staff Photos]
