The 55th Ellyson family reunion was held Sunday, July 13, at the Interbank Community Room in Kingfisher.

Hosting this year’s reunion were the Walter Ellyson families.

The family opened with prayer before a meal and then took a few family pictures and visited with others.

Forty-four family members were present for this occasion.

They are as follows: Charles and Wendy Ellyson of Bartlesville; Roy and Joann Oliver and Matt of Cashion; Jim Bob Dunn of Crescent; Robert Ellyson of Edmond; Sherry Mason, Evan and Anna Mason and Ava of Guthrie; Winston and Mary Ellyson of Hennessey.

From Kingfisher were Wayne and Clairetta Lowe, Mike and Donetta Edge, Jimmie and Glenda Ellyson, Glanice McAdoo, and, Robert and Wilma Wehrenberg.

Also attending were Terry Rogers, Brianna and Landon of Midwest City; Michael Wehrenberg and Abby of Norman; Dan and Waynette Alig of Okarche.

Those attending from Oklahoma City were Natalie Alig, Karen Lowe, Leah and Sean Strickland and Rowe. Also attending were Phillip and Darlene Ellyson from Purcell; and Pamela and Ricky Magno and Caylin, Grayson and Ronnie, and Elizabeth Rodzon from Yukon.

The Ellysons’ 56th reunion will be held July 12, 2026, at the Kingfisher Interbank Community Room.

The Ernest and Joe Ellyson families will host the event.
