The 51st Ellyson family reunion was held Sunday, July 11, 2021, at the Crescent VFW building.

Hosting this year’s reunion was the Charles Ellyson and Lee Ellyson families.

Those attending were Charles Ellyson, Kayla and Keaton of Bartlesville; Roy and Joann Oliver, Matt of Cashion; Jim Bob and Shannon Dunn, Braiden and Tyler Garcia, all of Crescent; Ernestine Payne and friend John Hames of Edmond; Sherry Mason of Guthrie; and Winston and Mary Ellyson of Hennessey.

Also, Jimmie and Glenda Ellyson and Donetta Edge of Kingfisher; Pamela Newbrey and Caylin of Moore; Kristi Sullivan, Marlee and Hayden, and Evan and Anna Mason, all of Oklahoma City; Robert and Karen Ellyson of Piedmont; and Phillip and Darlene Ellyson, Rylee, Kambree Martin and Kylee Barrett, all of Purcell.

For everyone’s health and safety, the 50th reunion, scheduled July 5, 2020, was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The next reunion is scheduled for July 10, 2022, at the Interbank Community Room in Kingfisher.

The Walter Ellyson Family will host the event.
