Kingfisher County Extension will host a virtual Q&A event about Home Community Education and the development of the new Virtual County Club.

The event will be live streamed through Facebook on the LIVE HCE Facebook page at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 4.

“This new club is designed for those who have an interest in participating in HCE and learning more about it, but may not have enough time to attend a face-to-face meeting every month,” said Lindy Peterman, Kingfisher County FCS Extension educator.

Peterman will be the organizer of the club and its page.

Possible topics for the virtual event are:

• What is HCE?

• How does HCE help the community?

• Why join an HCE club?

• How does HCE fit in the future?

This meeting is free for the public to watch by liking the LIVE HCE Face book page.

The meeting will be recorded for viewing at a later date.
