Kingfisher County Extension will host adult beginning sewing project classes for individuals who want to learn how to sew.

Classes will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Feb. 10 and Feb. 17.

The classes will focus on a different project and participants will complete a project by the end of month.

Lindy Peterman, Kingfi sher County FCS Extension educator will be the instructor/guider/organizer of the classes.

Participants will learn about:

• Using a sewing machine • Choosing materials

• Cutting out the project

• Completing a travel jewelry pouch This meeting is $10 (cash or check only) to cover material costs for the public to attend.

Sewing machines and tools are available for participants to use.

The workshop is held at the Kingfisher County Extension Office in the County Courthouse Annex.
