Foley, Cameron exchange vows in Thomas

By
Mr. and Mrs. Chase and Brooke Foley

Brooke Cameron and Chase Foley, both of Kingfi sher, were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, 2022, at Sorelle – The Meadow on Deer Creek in Thomas.

Adam Barnes, the bride’s cousin, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Chris and Tanya Cameron and the bridegroom is the son of Tracy and Ronna Foley, all of Kingfisher.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor-length Casa Blanca Portia dress of ivory satin in a sleeveless, fit-and-flare silhouette, with a courtlength train. She also wore a cathedral-length veil of ivory eyelash lace.

The bride carried a bouquet of olive branch, peonies, ranunculus and roses, accentuated with a gifted white wedding bell handkerchief fastened with her Great-grandma Blakley’s cameo pin.

The same flowers and greenery decorated the wedding arch, which provided the backdrop for the ceremony, while gold lanterns and white candles lined the aisles.

Olive branches, floating candles and white roses decorated the reception tables.

Emily Garrett of Kingfisher served as maid of honor, while bridesmaids were Micah Mueggenborg, Gretchen Garrett and Natalie Garrett, all of Kingfisher, Spencer Smith of Dallas, Texas, and Michelle Tillinger of Choctaw.

Trevor Buckner of Kingfi sher served as best man, while Haynes Lafferty of Lubbock, Texas; Brayden Foley, the bridegroom’s brother, and Hayden Matthews, both of Stillwater; Dakoda Hart of Kingfisher and Kole Simon of Tulsa served as groomsmen.

Lauryn McAdam of Kingfisher, Megan Jeffery of Lubbock and Catie Cameron of Cashion made up the house party and the bride’s brother, Blake Cameron, and Brayden Foley also served as ushers.

The couple’s standard poodle, Moose, made a surprise appearance as the ring bearer.

Special guests included the bride’s grandparents, Pattie Cameron of Hennessey and Mickey and Kay Blakley of Enid, and the bridegroom’s grandmother, Leah Hepner of Mooreland.

The bridegroom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner prior to the wedding at the Prairie West Golf Course & Country Club in Weatherford.

The couple has made a home in Oklahoma City, where the bride is completing her doctorate in physical therapy at the OU Health Sciences Center and the bridegroom is scheduled to graduate from the Oklahoma City Police Academy in February.
