Winter sports are beginning to wind down.

Eight county athletes this weekend will take part in the state wrestling tournament at State Fair Arena in Oklahoma City.

That begins Thursday night and runs through Saturday evening.

In basketball, all 12 Kingfisher County teams (6 girls, 6 boys) remain alive in their respective playoffs.

Seven are still in the winner’s bracket while five others enter this weekend in the consolation bracket.

While results will always be included in the print edition, more up-todate results can be found on the Kingfisher Times & Free Press Facebook page, which will be updated as scores and results become final.
