An event to benefit the Lone Oak Community Center has been rescheduled.

It will now be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11.

It was originally scheduled for this Saturday, Feb. 4.

God’s Covenant Church will be the location of the event to raise funds for the community center.

GCC will host a Black History program.

The church is located at 308 N. Main St. in Kingfi sher.

The theme of the program is “Sustaining Excellence By Stepping Into Your Greatness.”

There will be an auction after the program to help raise funds for the community center’s building fund.
