Halloween lots of local fun
Local activities begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at the annual 4-H Family Fright Night at the county fairgrounds MACenter.
Admission is by donation and events include a pumpkin decorating contest (bring pumpkins already decorated) and games and prizes. At 3 p.m., costumes will be judged in separate age groups from birth to age 18 with prizes for funniest, scariest, best and most original in each group. Adult groups dressed as a theme also will be judged. Next, head to Trunkor- Treat at First Christian Church on the west lawn, beginning at 4 p.m. Sunday. A Trunk-or-Treat at Federated Church follows at 5 p.m. Sunday.

Monday’s activities start with Kingfisher Merchants Downtown Trick-or-Treating from 4-5 p.m. Immediately following is Trunk-or-Treat at the Nazarene Church at 5 p.m. Kingfisher residential trick-or-treating is scheduled from 6-8 p.m. at houses designated by lit porch lights. An indoor alternative is Fall Fest at the First Assembly of God in Kingfi sher from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
