Anthony Schwarz is administered the oath of office for county commissioner during a Tuesday morning ceremony at the Kingfisher County Courthouse. Associate District Judge Lance Schneiter officiated the swearing-in of Schwarz, who won election to the District 3 unexpired term last week.
