Kingfisher County Extension will host a leader lesson next week on “Healthy Freezer Meals.” The lesson is 10-11 a.m.

The lesson is 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, June 22.

Participants will learn about freezer meal tips and will receive recipes of a variety of meals.

Lindy Peterman, Kingfisher County FCS Extension educator, will present:

• Tips on freezing meals and other items

• Recipes of a variety of meals
