Hennessey’s annual Community Back to School Bash is from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, July 31.

It will be held at the First Christian Church, 500 E. Third St.

A free swim for students at the Aquatic Center on Mitchell Road will follow from 6-9 p.m.

Both events are only for Hennessey students.

The bash includes free school supplies with backpacks inside the church plus free hot dogs, snow cones and bottled water outside.

The event is sponsored and conducted by Hennessey churches and other local donors.
