Following are calls to which the Hennessey Fire Department has recently responded:
• Joan Maly called police department at 3:46 p.m.Wednesday, Aug. 3, and said a man working for them three miles north of S.H. 51/U.S. 81 and 1 1/2 miles east collapsed, probably due to the heat. First responder firefighters and Life EMS notified. Firefighters Kaleb Hladik, Tyson Copeland, Corey Trotter and Capt. Dustin Munroe responded. Hladik told dispatch the man was up and talking, but he did pass out and Life crew reported they’d just turned east and would respond.
• Life EMS requested assist with COVID patient on South Mitchell Road at 1:27 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4. Capt. Brandon Scott and Levi Copeland responded.
• Capt. Scott responded to a medical emergency call from the Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Office at 7:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6 on E 610 Road.
