JAIL TOUR — Kingfisher County Sheriff Dennis Banther, third from left, led county commissioners and members of the Kingfisher County Justice Center Trust Authority on a tour of the facility Monday after a meeting of the trust board. At the board’s request, Banther completed a punch list of what he told the Times & Free Press are mostly minor remaining issues with the building, which has been in operation for nearly a year.
