Sabra Tucker, Oklahoma Retired Educators Association state director, discussed the solvency of the state teacher retirement system at the fi rst Kingfi sher County Retired Educators Association meeting of the school year earlier this month. Tucker also discussed other education-related issues. The next meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. Nov. 2 at the Kingfi sher Memorial Library, with discussion on possible bylaw updates and plans for American Education Week activities.The meetings are open to all retired educators and school support personnel.
