KHS’ NHS inducts 43
The Kingfisher High School chapter of the National Honor Society has 43 new members.
Chapter officers held an induction ceremony Wednesday at the KHS commons.
Overseeing the ceremony was KHS NHS President Emiley Watkins, Vice President Mia Hartman, Secretary Valentina Insignares and Historian Ariana Rivera.
Inducted were: Jennings Broddle, Nicole Campos, JP Charqueño, Sair Cortes, Fatima DeLeon, Eduardo De La Torre, Melissa De La Torre, Sofia Dudzinski, Kinlee East, Delissa Evans, Sara Farris, Adlee Friesen, Naomi Garcia, Liliana Garramone, Emma Gonzales, Maya Haney, Savannah Hardison, Myles Harrison, Addison Hood, Reyse Jackson, Hannah Jeter and Caleb Johnson.
Also, Raegen Johnston, Jake Kirtley, Layla Kroener, Cash Laird, Rylee Long-Bush, Audrey Long, Lily Lunsford, Ethan Mc-Lean, Caleb Meadors, Tanisha Mercado, Emily Muñoz, Briley Parker, Addison Price, Emma Price, Brinley Reese, Savana Reherman, Mattie Slezickey, Kennedy Stephens, Caroline Swafford, Taitym Walker and Molly Weber.
To gain and maintain membership in NHS, students must maintain a 3.75 GPA and perform a minimum 10 hours of volunteer service annually.
