Kingfisher High School has named its Students of the Month for April 2024.

Students are chosen based on many characteristics including responsibility, leadership, work ethic, reliability, kindness and more.

Selected by the faculty and staff were freshman Asher Lawrence, sophomore Cale Reagan, junior Hailey Bieren and senior Coleman Gilles.

Lawrence is the son of Cody and Kyla Nease and Cody and Devin Willingham.

He is a member of the Kingfisher FFA Chapter and has received the Discovery Degree.

Lawrence is also a member of the KHS boys golf team and is studying in the aviation program at KHS.

Reagan is the son of Jason and Carma Reagan.

He is a member of both the National Honor Society and the Oklahoma Honor Society.

He has received the 4.0 Award and an English II Award.

Reagan is a member of the KHS football, boys basketball and boys golf teams.

He is also active in Sts. Peter and Paul Youth Group.

Bieren is the daughter of Mitchel and Stephanie Bieren.

She is a member of the Kingfisher FFA Chapter where she currently serves as sentinel.

She is a member of the Milk Quality and Products team that placed second at state and she was a top 10 individual at several interscholastic contests this year.

Bieren is also active in Student Council, serving as junior class representative. She is a member of the KHS Yearbook Staff and Business Professionals of America.

Gilles is the son of Brian and Tiffany Gilles.

He is a member of both the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society and is listed on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll.

He has received the Academic Award, 4.0 Award and is a valedictorian for the senior class.

Gilles is currently serving as the senior class president.

He is a member of Student Council and Students Stepping Up.

He was a member of the KHS boys basketball team and a part of the 2023 Class 4A academic state champion team.

He was also a member of the KHS boys tennis team this year.
