Kingfisher High School has named its Students of the Month for October 2022.

Students are chosen based on many characteristics including responsibility, leadership, work ethic, reliability, kindness and more.

Selected by the faculty and staff were freshman Harper Evans, sophomore Lauren Dobrovolny, junior Chloe Blair and senior Lily Fletcher.

Fletcher is the daughter of Jamie and Teresa Fletcher.

She is a member of the KHS Photography staff and is serving as chief photographer this year.

She has submitted several photos to state competitions and received two first place honors and a second.

Fletcher is listed on the Principal’s Honor Roll and is a member of the KHS soccer team.

She is also a member of the first ever OERB Student Board of Directors.

Blair is the daughter of David and Shelley Blair.

She is a member of both the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society and is listed on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll.

Blair is an active member of the Kingfisher FFA Chapter where she currently serves as chapter reporter.

She received the FFA Star Greenhand award in 2021. She was a member of the national semifinalist conduct of chapter meetings team, the state champion parliamentary procedure team, and the national preliminary finalist ag issues team.

Blair is also a member of the KHS girls basketball team, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Student Council, Students Stepping Up and the KHS Jesus Club.

Dobrovolny is the daughter of Heath and Kristen Dobrovolny.

She is an Oklahoma Honor Society member and National Honor Society candidate.

Dobrovolny is listed on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll.

She is a member of the Kingfisher FFA Chapter where she recently received a $1,000 SAE grant.

Dobrovolny also enjoys art, piano and ballet.

Evans is the daughter of Justin and Alicia Evans.

She is listed on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll.

Evans is a member of the KHS cross country team where she earned all-conference and all-region honors.

She is also a member of the KHS track, soccer and softball teams.

Evans is active in Student Council and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
