KHS STUCO making plans for homecoming
The Kingfisher High School Student Council has been planning diligently for the 2025 homecoming festivities.
This year, homecoming will be held Friday, Sept. 19.
The theme for homecoming this year is “Jacket Channel” and will be a Disney Channel spinoff theme.
The community is invited to attend the KHS homecoming parade at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19.
The parade will begin at Walter Building Center and head south on U.S. Highway 81 (Main Street).
The parade route will end at State Highway 33 and participants will turn west there.
The parade will include the Yellowjacket football teams of all ages, the Pride of Kingfisher marching band, KHS football homecoming court, class floats and the floats of other clubs and organizations.
Organizations or individuals who wish to participate can contact Amy Pearson at apearson@kingfi sher.k12.ok.us by Tuesday, Sept. 16, to be placed in the parade lineup.
