Christmas is coming and many charitable Kingfisher organizations are turning their sights on funding worthwhile projects.

The Kingfisher Bookcase Review Club recently voted to assist local organizations through donations, according to President Carol Kooken.

Members voted to donate $300 each to Santa’s Toyland, Christmas With a Cop and Socks for Seniors Oklahoma.

The next meeting of the club will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at the Farm Bureau building.
