Members of the Kingfi sher County Democrats will gather for their next community meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29.

The meeting will be held at Kingfisher Memorial Library.

The meeting is open to the public.

“This gathering is open to everyone who is interested in learning more about the Democratic Party and exploring ways to support the well-being of all people in our community,” said longtime member Donald Russell. “Whether you are a lifelong Democrat, a new voter or simply someone who wants to make a positive impact, we welcome you to join us.”

Russell said the primary objective of the group is to bring together a diverse group of individuals who are passionate about creating a prosperous future for everyone in Kingfisher County.

“We will discuss our current goals, share upcoming initiatives and explore how we can work together to address the needs and concerns of our neighbors through the ballot box,” Russell said. “These are exciting times. Mark your calendars and bring a friend.”
