January 4: Nicholas Christopher Bradford, 25, and Amanda Mei Ling Baby Mun, 24, both of Kingfisher.

State vs. Candice Todd Fogel, 54, 611 S. Third St. Lot #9, Kingfisher, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of medical marijuana without a license; driving with license canceled/suspended/ revoked; operating vehicle with expired/ improper tag/decal; failure to maintain insurance or security; failure to wear seatbelt.

State vs. Jarus Alan Smith, 29, 418 NW Second St., Anadarko, driving while impaired; transporting open container of alcoholic beverage; failure to wear seatbelt.

State vs. Abel Siguenza, 26, 4127 NW HWY, Nichols Hills, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; transporting open container of alcoholic beverage; driving without a valid driver’s license.
