Kingfisher Police Department investigating multiple reports

The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:

April 26 - Burglary-second degree (auto).

Officer Dustin Brodrick responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of South 10th Street.

According to the report, Erin McCrackan stated she parked her vehicle at her residence overnight and discovered items missing from the vehicle in the morning.

Items which were stolen included a 9mm handgun, $200 cash and a leather purse, according to the report.

Brodrick said in his report that he located a residence in the area with a doorbell camera, but the homeowner was unable to observe the incident on the surveillance footage.

The total reported value of the items was $650.

April 26 - Malicious injury/destruction of property.

Captain Travis Gray responded to a report of vandalism at Oklahoma Park.

According to the report, City of Kingfisher Parks Department employee Ryan McAdams stated the women’s bathroom had been vandalized.

A cement rock had been used to strike the steel door and a toilet paper dispenser was damaged on the interior, the report said.

Photographs were taken of the damage, according to the report.

Officer Quinton Cline assisted with the investigation.
