Kingfisher police investigate traffic accidents
The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:
April 25, 2:25 p.m. - At West Chisholm Drive and South Ninth Street.
Kelsi Bunn, 27, Kingfisher, driving a 2013 Dodge Journey, was westbound on West Chisholm Drive.
A 16-year-old male driver, Kingfisher, driving a Chevrolet Silverado, was backing out of a driveway on West Chisholm Drive and struck the Bunn vehicle in the passenger side.
Functional damage was reported to both vehicles.
No injuries were reported.
Officer Matthew Hollon investigated the accident.
May 10, 11:55 a.m. - At 1600 S. Main St.
Sarah Scott, 21, Kingfisher, driving a 2000 Dodge, was stopped at the exit of McDonald’s parking lot.
James Longpine, 46, Drummond, driving a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500, was stopped directly behind the Scott vehicle.
According to the report, the Scott vehicle attempted to back up and struck the Longpine vehicle.
Functional damage was reported to both vehicles.
No injuries were reported.
Captain Travis Gray in vestigated the accident.
May 17, 9:42 p.m. - At West Miles Avenue and North Seventh Street.
Davin Devilbiss, 23, Kingfisher, driving a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, was parked in a parking space along West Miles Avenue.
Erica Townsend, 31, Kingfisher, driving a 2011 Dodge Durango, struck the Devilbiss vehicle.
Functional damage was reported to the Townsend vehicle and no damage to the Devilbiss vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
Officer Brandon Chapman investigated the accident.
May 18, 5:11 p.m - At Main Street and Chisholm Drive.
Pamela Wilcox, 61, Kingfisher, driving a 2009 Honda, was northbound in the inside lane of U.S. 81 and stopped behind a vehicle making a left turn.
Devon Baggett, 32, Enid, driving a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, was northbound in the inside lane of U.S. 81 behind the Wilcox vehicle.
According to the report, the Baggett vehicle failed to yield and struck the Wilcox vehicle in the rear.
Functional damage was reported to the Baggett vehicle and no damage to the Wilcox vehicle.
No injuries were reported.

May 23, 5:35 p.m. - At South 13th Street and West Overstreet Avenue.
Jerry Hall, 70, Kingfisher, driving a 1993 Chevrolet 1500, was northbound on South 13th Street.
Dakota Thetford, 25, Newcastle, driving a 2003 Dodge Ram, was southbound in the inside lane of South 13th Street and attempted to turn left onto West Overstreet Avenue.
According to the report, the Thetford vehicle failed to yield and struck the Hall vehicle in the front driver’s side bumper.
Functional damage was reported to the Hall vehicle and minor damage to the Thetford vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
