The entry owned by Edmond’s Mike Byer was the big winner at Kingfisher’s recent car show.

Byer’s 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe was named “Best of Show” at the 2024 Kool Cars and Chrome show held Aug. 3 in the Interbank parking lot.

The event was hosted by the Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce.

Dozens of entries made their way to Kingfisher.

Other big winners were Terry Davis, whose 1956 Ford F100 won the “Best Paint” award, Norman Turner’s 1976 GMC C15 won “Best Interior” and Edward Thiems’ 1962 Ford F100 won “Best Engine.”
