The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:

July 16 – Larceny of service station gasoline-pump piracy.

Officer Jeffrey Robbins responded to a report of an individual failing to pay for gas at Stop-N-Go, 1005 S. Main St.

An employee reportedly stated that an individual pumped $64.12 of gasoline into a Ford F-150, but left without paying.

The employee provided a description and tag number of the vehicle and informed Robbins that he did not want to press charges if the suspect returned to pay for the fuel, according to the report.

Officer Aaron Schlegel located the suspect and the suspect stated he forgot to pay for the gas and would return to provide payment, the report said.

Robbins stated in his report that the suspect did return and paid for the gas.

July 17 – Domestic abuse assault and battery.

Officer Justin Conner responded to a report of a domestic altercation in the 800 block of South Third Street.
