KPD investigates two local traffic accidents

The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

February 14, 12:18 a.m. - U.S. 81 and Seay Avenue.

Leodan Becerra, 25, Yukon, driving a 2019 Ford F350, was southbound in the inside lane of U.S. 81 and stopped at the traffic signal of the Seay Avenue intersection.

Amy Salda, 45, Yukon, driving a 2013 Dodge, was southbound in the inside lane of U.S. 81 directly behind the Becerra vehicle.

According to the report, the Salda vehicle failed to stop and struck the Becerra vehicle in the rear.

Disabling damage was reported to the Salda vehicle and functional damage to the Becerra vehicle.

Becerra sustained possible unknown injuries.

Officer Justin Trumbley investigated the accident.

February 17, 5:50 p.m. - At 1615 S. Main Street.

Kimberly Conrady, 53, Kingfisher, driving a 2018 Hyundai, was eastbound in the Braum’s parking lot and struck a light pole.

Disabling damage was reported to the Conrady vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

Officer Matthew Hollon investigated the accident.
