KPD investigating multiple reports
The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:
September 16 - Domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Officer Christopher Mc-Daniel responded to a report of an alleged altercation that occurred in the 100 block of North Fifth Street.
September 23 - Protective order violation.
Officer Jarred Tech responded to a report of a protective order violation in the 700 block of West Toronto Avenue.
Officer Kyle Svoboda assisted with the investigation.
September 26 - Burglary- second degree (auto parts).
Captain Travis Gray responded to a report of a vehicle license plate theft in the 1500 block of South 13th Street.
Gray said in his report that he made contact with Patricia Mueggenborg at her residence and determined that a license plate had been removed from a vehicle in her driveway.
According to the report, a Watonga Police Department officer had located the license plate in a stolen vehicle following a pursuit.
Gray reviewed surveillance footage from Kingfisher Junior High School, located across the street from the residence, on Sept. 25 and observed an individual appear to remove the license plate, the report said.
Gray then made contact with the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office to request information regarding the suspect/arrestee.
September 27 Stalking.
Officer Kyle Svoboda responded to a report of stalking in the 1000 block of South Eighth Street.
