The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

March 21, 2:58 p.m. - At 200 W. Starlite Drive.

Mike Wiley, 46, Jonesville, La., driving a 2019 Dodge Ram, was northbound in the Walmart parking lot and struck a concrete pole.

Disabling damage was reported to the vehicle and it was towed from the scene.

No injuries were reported.

Officer Matthew Hollon investigated the accident.

March 24, 9:10 a.m - At U.S. 81 and Miles Avenue.

Paula Frickenschmidt, 65, Enid, driving a 2021 Buick, was southbound in the outside lane of U.S. 81.

John Rother, 64, Kingfisher, driving a 2015 Ford F250, was southbound in the inside lane of U.S. 81.

According to the report, Frickenschmidt attempted to merge into the inside lane and struck the Rother vehicle.

Functional damage was reported to the Frickenschmidt vehicle and minor damage to the Rother vehicle.

No injuries were reported.
