The annual Lenten Community Service series sponsored by the Kingfisher Ministerial Alliance continue this week and will run through March 27.

Each of the weekly services – with the exception of the final service on March 27 – will begin at noon and will be held at Frontline Ministries, 124 W. Erwin.

They will feature a lunch, which is provided by a different local church each week, and the meal will be followed by a guest speaker.

The March 27 service will be held at First Baptist Church.

It will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a dessert fellowship.

All churches are encouraged to bring desserts.
