If your family doesn’t have Thanksgiving plans – or even if you do and you’d like to get some practice in before sitting down to your own feast – several local options are coming up.

Loyal United Methodist Church is hosting its annual turkey dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13. See the ad on Page 2 for more details.

Hennessey’s Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner is from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the First Baptist Church Activity Center on First Street.

The event is sponsored by the Hennessey Ministerial Alliance and prepared and served by members of local churches.

Kingfisher’s Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner, sponsored by God’s Covenant Church, the Kingfisher Ministerial Alliance and the Elk’s Lodge, is scheduled at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at the South Room of the lodge.
